For the last 15 years, I’ve worked in large and small companies including startups. I’ve mostly worked directly with CEO’s and other c-suite executives.
As a high performer, I’ve experienced many ups and downs over the years.
But in 2020, I was at a crossroads feeling burned out, stressed out, and stuck. My identity was wrapped up in my work.
I hit the reset button personally and professionally and redesigned my life in a way that made sense to me.
I focused on what felt right to me then aligned my career goals with my beliefs and values.
I've earned several certifications: Positive Psychology, Interpersonal Relationships, Marketing Mastery Program, Managing Teams, Strategic Life Intervention Coach, Master Executive Coach, and Neuroliguistic Master Practitioner.
It’s been a wild and very satisfying ride! By making growth a consistent focus it’s made a world of difference, and I feel stronger, and happier than I ever have.
I also learned to not wrap my life up in just work.
I make time for the things that I enjoy outside of my career like gardening, playing golf, personal development, reading books in a variety of genres, and spending time at one of the many beautiful beaches in California. My favorite beaches are in Carmel, Pebble Beach, and Big Sur.
My New Motto: Design a life that you can’t wait to wake up to everyday!
The goal now is to help as many people as possible create outcomes that make them see their purpose in life and feel confident and strong both personally and professionally.
It’s exciting and fun to share proven strategies and skillsets that help them breakthrough barriers, overcome obstacles, and achieve their most ambitious goals.
And in the end, they have unwavering confidence and rock solid skills to continuously create limitless opportunities for themselves professionally and personally.
As a bonus, I’ve enjoyed building lasting friendships with the people I have served. We have a lot of fun working together!
